In-Flight Kitchen at CHS
Charleston International Airport’s In-Flight Kitchen is a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled 25,000-square-foot facility, proudly owned and operated by the Charleston Regional Aviation Authority (CRAA) in Charleston, South Carolina.
We provide full-service airline catering for both domestic and international carriers operating at CHS. Our experienced team supports every stage of inflight meal service—from custom menu development and meal preparation to packaging, galley cart assembly, and direct aircraft delivery.
Our refrigerated fleet of Mallaghan trucks ensures efficient, secure, and timely transport from kitchen to cabin. As a member of the Airline Catering Association, we follow strict safety, hygiene, and operational standards, including the handling and disposal of regulated international garbage in compliance with federal requirements.
