Valet Parking Waiver

*Guest agrees to indemnify and hold CRAA (includes officials & employees) harmless from/against any/all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings by others, damages by reason of or arising from the use, or any loss, cost expense, damages resulting from using the booster pack, portable engine starter, or involving any negligence on the part of CRAA in the exercise or use of equipment.
