North Charleston, SC — Avelo Airlines announced today it is expanding service at Charleston International Airport (CHS) with exclusive nonstop flights to Delaware’s Wilmington Airport (ILG). Avelo will be the only airline flying between The Holy City and The First State. Service from CHS to ILG begins June 23.

Avelo’service from CHS to Wilmington will operate twice-weekly on Mondays and Fridays utilizing Boeing 189-seat Next-Generation 737-800 aircraft. Introductory one-way fares between CHS and ILG start at $39*.

Avelo will now serve two nonstop destinations from CHS. Wilmington will join Connecticut’s most convenient airport — Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN).
