Parking Garage Three (PG3) Breaks Ground at CHS
a cornerstone of the CHS Expansion designed to accommodate Charleston's growing travel needs. Spanning 2.4 million square feet and with a budget of $348 million, this state-of-the-art facility will elevate the airport’s parking experience, offering both travelers and rental car users modern conveniences and ample space.
What’s New:
- 5,164 parking spaces for private vehicles
- 2,036 designated spaces for rental cars
- Consolidated Rental Car Facility (CONRAC): Streamlined rental car pickup and drop-off
- Modern Design & Sustainability: Enhanced lighting, electric vehicle charging, and eco-friendly features
Expected Opening: Fall 2027
