Something missing? We can help!

The Charleston County Aviation Authority (CCAA) maintains a Lost and Found office for items found in the Charleston International Airport (CHS) terminal and CHS parking facilities.
We have teamed up with Boomerang, a lost and found software, to ensure passengers promptly retrieve lost items. Travelers can access the service through the link below or QR codes located throughout the airport. If CHS has your item, you will receive an email containing instructions for the item's return shipping.
Charleston International Airport reminds all passengers to be cautious of scammers requesting personal information, including credit card information, regarding lost items. Please note that Boomerang is the only authorized Lost and Found partner for CHS. Neither CHS nor Boomerang will collect payment until your item has been matched.
The only cost associated with CHS Lost and Found is the shipping fee to return your item.
If you are looking for a lost item, please do one of the following:
• If you lost an item at CHS
submit a claim online.
• If you've lost an item on an airplane please
get in touch with your airline directly.
